22mm Handlebar Cross Bar — CNC 6061-T6 Motorcycle Balance Bar

A handlebar cross bar ties the two sides of a 7/8-inch bar together, killing the flex and vibration that make long off-road rides tiring — and it gives you a straight tube to clamp a phone mount or GPS onto. It is one of the cheapest upgrades a rider can feel immediately, which is why it sells steadily as an add-on.

This brace is CNC machined from aluminum alloy 6061-T6, not cast, and finished with an anodized coating in five colours: black, red, blue, gold and silver. The clamp jaws are cut to fit a 22 mm (7/8 in) handlebar, the bar runs 275 mm end to end with a 12 mm diameter, and the whole piece weighs 147 g.
