The large twist throttle grip is a CNC-machined aluminum throttle assembly for 22 mm (7/8”) handlebars. The oversized twist cam shortens cable travel for a faster pick-up, and the kit ships with the cable, ferrules and the visible clear line shown in the source photos so the inner cable and adjuster stay inspectable on the bench.
